About the Artist

Cynthia Burris is an American sports artist based in Olathe, Kansas. She attended school for Graphic Arts Technology in 1988 and went on to work for companies such as Josten's American Yearbook and Minuteman Press.  At 26 she became a tattoo artist in Upstate NY and developed a passion for creating unique and eye-catching designs. Some of her biggest artistic influences are Micheal Lang and Yayoi Kusama.  She is also stepmom to Connor Burris, mom to four rescued greyhounds, and married to Kyle Burris.  A diehard Chiefs fan, Cynthia enjoys being involved in her community and donating her time and art to charity.
